1. Service requests
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability before scheduling.
2. Pricing
Callout fees and quotes are provided upfront. Final pricing depends on parts and labour required and will be confirmed before any work begins.
3. Warranty
Repairs are covered by a workmanship guarantee for the period communicated at the time of repair. The warranty does not cover misuse, unrelated faults, or damage from third parties.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by calling +27 78 777 7502 or emailing innocentmanhunge459@gmai.com.
5. Liability
We take all reasonable care during repairs. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for losses arising from appliance failure.
